The Social or Personality Style analysis

The Social or Personality Style analysis

Talent: aptitude and differences

The Social/Personality Style analysis allows you to quickly see the results displayed as percentages in a pie chart consisting of 4 quadrants. The 2 highest percentages are the clearest guideline to explaining the current behaviour of the person’s Social/Personality Style.

1) the ratio in dominant and subdominant behaviour: (left and right sections of pie chart) the degree to which someone acts and reacts proactively or reactively. This information often explains why some employees fall behind regarding initiative or execution of tasks.
2) The ratio between extroverted and introverted behaviour: (top and bottom sections of pie chart) a) an extrovert: more open or people-oriented behaviour indicates the extent to which someone naturally and spontaneously uses more warm or people-oriented communication. b) an introvert: more task-oriented or more inward-looking behaviour indicates the extent to which someone naturally and spontaneously uses more reserved, cooler or rational communication.
